Our mission

HyTech Systems is a software company based in the United Kingdom that builds and operates business systems for retail and services. Gigabyte Shop Suite is our product for the Pakistani mobile-phone market: designed after time spent in real shops — watching sales lost to a dead register book, trade-ins valued on instinct, and repair promises tracked on paper slips.
We build it the way UK software is built: disciplined engineering, encrypted connections, isolated per-shop data, tested releases and nightly backups. And we run it the way Pakistani business actually works: PKR pricing, WhatsApp support and receipts, Urdu-friendly labels, and an offline mode designed for load-shedding — because your shop doesn't stop when the internet does.
